Constructor.

Parameters:

fep - An instance of FieldEventProducer.

sourceObject - A Source Object. On static methods, this is the Class, that method belongs to. Otherwise Source Object is 'this'.

fieldName - Name of the Field that triggered this event

id - FIELD_SET or FIELD_GET values should be used
